Can you disassemble or reassemble our furniture?
Yes, we can. Movers will bring all the necessary equipment so you don’t need to do anything before they come.
Do you provide some protection for our furniture?
We will bring plastic wrap and moving blankets to cover everything so nothing gets scratched or damaged. This will be already included in our hourly rate, so there is no extra cost.
Do you charge additionally for our heavy stuff?
No, we don’t charge that separately. The number of movers can increase in case you have something extremely heavy and we do have a weight limit up to 450-500 pounds per piece.
Should I tip movers?
The tips are not mandatory. In case you are satisfied with the movers and a whole moving experience you can tip them, just like for any other service.
Do I need to pay for a move before or after it’s done?
The answer to this question is pretty simple. You will be paying for the move when the job is finished since we don’t know upfront how long the move will exactly take. You can pay either with cash or a credit/debit card.
Can the movers pack also the smaller items, like my kitchen and bathroom items?
Yes, of course. In case you decide to book full pack service with our company, all you need to do will be just to open the doors for movers, sign a contract and they will take care of every single thing.
Do you have a minimum of 3 hours for small moves also?
Yes, since we are a licensed and insured moving company. Even if the move takes less, we will need to charge a minimum.
Do I need to prepare packing material or some tools for movers?
Absolutely not. Movers will bring tools for disassembling and reassembling, dollies, wardrobe boxes, plastic wrap and moving blankets for protection. This will be included in the hourly rate that you are paying. Only in case you would like some moving boxes, bubble wraps, tapes, you will be paying per item used or you can buy it somewhere else and we will use your material.
